Comments on: How can I increase my milk supply? https://babycoach.co.nz/how-can-i-increase-my-milk-supply/ Postpartum support and guidance for new mums and their little ones in the first few weeks. I struggle to achieve a let down and i think it is down to two things.
1 being I have had surgery (implants) and have some nerve damage. 2 stress and limiting beliefs.
I am under huge amounts of stress personally and then my baby wasn’t gaining weight although breastfeeding felt as though it was going good to begin with. This of course added to the stress and we are now 8 weeks down the track and lucky if she gets a few ml from me. We have been supplementing feeds since two weeks too which she has obviously gotten used to the bottle and it’s faster flow too.
I have tried everything I can think of so far.
Milk maker by two islands, pumping (nothing happens), blessed thistle, milk flow spray, aromatherapy, acupuncture and domperidone. I am just wondering if you have any other ideas? Will try the tigers milk but had basically been eating that with Oats in the mornings to begin with.
